Malones is 18 years old. His parents both died of complications of AIDS when he was a small child. Soon after, a relative sold him as a slave to a family in Dunga. They were physically abusing him, so he ran away and  wandered from home to home seeking shelter. He continued to attend the Dunga Orphan School. There, the headmaster brought Malones to the Dunga Orphanage, where he has found a role as a leader and big brother to all. His hope is to become part of the Dunga Orphanage Project by serving as a ‘father’ to another ‘family’ of orphans.

Malones now attends private school and is a tremendous help with all the children at home. Malones is currently in need of a sponsor in order to remain at school. Please consider making a commitment to helping him.
